Brash Issues:

• Minor Bug Fix: Some screen repaint issues fixed. When the cursor was at the very bottom of the windows console, and the vertical scroll bar was at the bottom too, there were and are still more screen repaint issues.
  This change at least keeps the screen logical so that you can continue editing.

Brash Enhancements:

Caveats:

• eval exit should exit, but currently it does not.
• Screen painting issues regarding the cursor being at the bottom of the windows console screen buffer remain. At least, with this release, the keys are echoed in the correct relative position. This allows you to always edit the current input line and see it correctly -- even if you don't see the command prompt. More corrections to follow but this one makes the world consistent at least.
